Lukewarm leek salad

  • Leek
  • Vinegar
  • Oil
  • Salt, pepper
  1. Cut the leek into strips 5cm long.
  2. Cook the leek in cooking water until firm to the bite.
  3. Make a salad sauce with vinegar, oil, cooking water (from the leek), salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the salad sauce over the leek and serve immediately.
