Mini dumplings with peperonata

For 4 persons

  • A pack of dumpling dough
  • 4-5 bell peppers (yellow and red)
  • 2 onions
  • 300g tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp of ketchup
  • Oil
  1. Make small dumplings in the size of a table tennis ball out of the dumpling dough, let them boil.
  2. Cut the bell peppers and onions into strips, fry in oil.
  3. Dice the tomatoes, add them with 5 tablespoons of cooking water and ketchup to the bell peppers.
  4. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
