Onion chicken


For 4 persons

  • 4 chicken escalopes
  • 2 spanish onions
  • 2 packets of onion soup
  • Oil
  1. Saut├ę the escalopes well on all sides. Remove them and place warm.
  2. Slice the onions into rings and brown in oil.
  3. Add a litre of water and stir into the onion soup.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Serve with rice.
