Pan-roasted poultry with spinach

For 4 persons

  • 100g rice
  • 250g frozen leaf spinach
  • 400g stripes of turkey
  • Instant sauce mix for minced meat “hunter style”
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Boil the rice in salt water.
  2. Defrost the leaf spinach and chop it coarsely.
  3. Brown the stripes of turkey in hot oil.
  4. Pour on 250ml of cold water, stir in the instant sauce mix. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the leaf spinach and rice.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
