Stir-fried carrots and zucchini


For 4 persons

  • 500g mixed minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 450g carrots
  • 400g zucchinis
  • 3 tbsp of crème fraîche
  • 150ml vegetable stock
  • Garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, herbs
  1. Cut the onions in small pieces, mix it with the mixed minced meat.
  2. Season well with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
  3. Shape small balls out of the mixture and sauté in oil until golden brown.
  4. Cut the carrots and zucchinis in thin slices and fry in the remaining oil.
  5. Season with herbs and spices.
  6. Add meatballs, cast on the broth and refine with Crème fraîche.
