Fried Asia noodles


For 4 persons

  • 250g Asia noodles
  • 400g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Sesame oil, soya sauce
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instruction, drain them and mix with 2 tsp of sesamum oil.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  3. Slice the spring onions into rings, cut the bell peppers and carrot into strips.
  4. Peel and dice the ginger and garlic finely.
  5. Heat oil in a wok, brown the chicken breast strips and set aside.
  6. Brown the vegetables with the ginger and the garlic.
  7. Add the noodles and continue cooking.
  8. Season with soya sauce, salt & pepper.
  9. Add the chicken breast strips.
