Pan-fried minced meat with Ebly

For 4 persons

  • 500g minced meat
  • 400g pizza tomatoes
  • 150g Ebly (sun wheat)
  • 1 leek
  • Tomato purée
  1. Fry the minced meat in a pan without fat.
  2. Cut the leek into rings and roast them as well.
  3. Add the pizza tomatoes.
  4. Fill a can with water and pour the water over the ingredients.
  5. Add the Ebly (sun wheat) and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic and herbs.
  7. Add the tomato purée and season to taste.
