Stir-fry mediterranean potatoes


For 4 persons

  • 800g potatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 100g feta cheese
  • Rosemary, salt, pepper, paprika powder
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Wash and clean the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
  3. Brown the potato slices in hot oil.
  4. Add the bell pepper strips and continue frying.
  5. Season with the spices.
  6. Mix in the feta cheese and serve at once.
