Colourful chicken pan
For 4 persons
- 400g chicken breast fillet
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 mugs cream
- Cut the chicken breast fillet and bell peppers into bite sized pieces. Slice the spring onions into rings.
- Brown the meat in hot oil.
- Add the bell pepper and spring onion pieces.
- Pour over the cream and bring to the boil.
- Season well with pepper and herbs.
Chef’s tip: Serve with noodles, rice or baguette.
