Colourful chicken pan

For 4 persons

  • 400g chicken breast fillet
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 2 mugs cream
  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet and bell peppers into bite sized pieces. Slice the spring onions into rings.
  2. Brown the meat in hot oil.
  3. Add the bell pepper and spring onion pieces.
  4. Pour over the cream and bring to the boil.
  5. Season well with pepper and herbs.

Chef’s tip: Serve with noodles, rice or baguette.
