Fast vegetable-bulgur stir fry
For 4 persons
- 150g bulgur
- 300ml vegetable stock
- 1 onion
- 400g parsnips
- 400g carrots
- Peel the onion, dice and sauté in butter.
- Add the bulgur and hot vegetable stock. Simmer it for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the carrots and parsnips. Cut them into equally large pieces.
- Sauté the veggies in hot butter.
- Stir in the bulgur.
- Season well with herbs and spices.
