Ribbon noodles in tomato sauce
For 4 persons
- 500g ribbon noodles
- 1-2 onions
- 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
- 200g cocktail tomatoes
- 200g ewe’s cheese
- Garlic, Italian herbs
- Prepare ribbon noodles according to package directions.
- Dice the onions and fry them in olive oil until glassy.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and pressed garlic.
- Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half and add them.
- Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
- Cut the ewe’s cheese into cubes and heat up shortly.
