Ribbon noodles in tomato sauce

For 4 persons

  • 500g ribbon noodles
  • 1-2 onions
  • 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  • 200g cocktail tomatoes
  • 200g ewe’s cheese
  • Garlic, Italian herbs
  1. Prepare ribbon noodles according to package directions.
  2. Dice the onions and fry them in olive oil until glassy.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and pressed garlic.
  4. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half and add them.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
  6. Cut the ewe’s cheese into cubes and heat up shortly.
