Stir-fried chicken and leek
For 4 persons
- 200g leek
- 400g chicken breast fillet
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 4 tbsp of cream
- 160g rice
- Prepare the rice following the package instructions.
- Cut the meat, spring onions and leek into small pieces.
- Sauté the meat in oil.
- Add the spring onions and leek and continue cooking.
- Add the cream and boil it up shortly.
- Season with lemon juice, salt & pepper.
