Stir-fried chicken and leek

For 4 persons

  • 200g leek
  • 400g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 4 tbsp of cream
  • 160g rice
  1. Prepare the rice following the package instructions.
  2. Cut the meat, spring onions and leek into small pieces.
  3. Sauté the meat in oil.
  4. Add the spring onions and leek and continue cooking.
  5. Add the cream and boil it up shortly.
  6. Season with lemon juice, salt & pepper.
