Millet pan

For 4 persons

  • 320g millet
  • 750g tomatoes
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 500g minced meat
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch fresh oregano
  1. Cover and cook the millet for about 25 minutes.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, slice the spring onions into rings.
  3. Chop the garlic and oregano.
  4. Lightly fry the spring onions and garlic in hot oil.
  5. Add the minced meat and fry it.
  6. Stir in the tomatoes and herbs.
  7. Season with salt & pepper.
  8. Stir in the millet.
