For 4 persons
- 320g millet
- 750g tomatoes
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 500g minced meat
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch fresh oregano
- Cover and cook the millet for about 25 minutes.
- Dice the tomatoes, slice the spring onions into rings.
- Chop the garlic and oregano.
- Lightly fry the spring onions and garlic in hot oil.
- Add the minced meat and fry it.
- Stir in the tomatoes and herbs.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Stir in the millet.
