Noodles with Parma ham

For 4 persons

  • 400g noodles
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 200g Parma ham
  • 500g tomatoes
  • Basil, salt & pepper
  1. Cook the noodles until al dente, drain them.
  2. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  3. Brown the spring onions in hot oil.
  4. Cut the Parma ham into strips and add it.
  5. Add the noodles.
  6. Dice and stir in the tomatoes.
  7. Season with basil, salt & pepper.
