Noodles with Parma ham
For 4 persons
- 400g noodles
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 200g Parma ham
- 500g tomatoes
- Basil, salt & pepper
- Cook the noodles until al dente, drain them.
- Cut the spring onions into rings.
- Brown the spring onions in hot oil.
- Cut the Parma ham into strips and add it.
- Add the noodles.
- Dice and stir in the tomatoes.
- Season with basil, salt & pepper.
