For 4 persons
- 400g spaghetti
- 50g gammon
- 100g ham
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 eggs
- 100ml cream
- 40g grated Parmesan
- Cook the spaghetti until firm to the bite.
- Fry the gammon in butter, add chopped garlic.
- Drain the spaghetti and stir them in, mix very well.
- Mix the eggs with the cream, Parmesan and diced ham.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Add the mixture to the noodles and cook it fully.
