Spaghetti Carbonara

For 4 persons

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 50g gammon
  • 100g ham
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • 100ml cream
  • 40g grated Parmesan
  1. Cook the spaghetti until firm to the bite.
  2. Fry the gammon in butter, add chopped garlic.
  3. Drain the spaghetti and stir them in, mix very well.
  4. Mix the eggs with the cream, Parmesan and diced ham.
  5. Season with salt & pepper.
  6. Add the mixture to the noodles and cook it fully.
