For 4 persons
- 1kg broccoli
- 200g boiled ham
- 6 eggs
- 250g cream
- 200g ewe’s cheese
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Separate the broccoli into florets and boil in plenty of salted water for about 8 minutes. Allow them to drip off.
- Dice the ham.
- Mix the eggs into the cream. Season it.
- Layer the broccoli and ham in a greased oven proof dish.
- Crumble the ewe’s cheese into small pieces and spread on top.
- Pour the egg-cream-mixture over.
- Bake for approx. 25-30 minutes at 200°C.
