Broccoli casserole

For 4 persons

  • 1kg broccoli
  • 200g boiled ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 250g cream
  • 200g ewe’s cheese
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Separate the broccoli into florets and boil in plenty of salted water for about 8 minutes. Allow them to drip off.
  2. Dice the ham.
  3. Mix the eggs into the cream. Season it.
  4. Layer the broccoli and ham in a greased oven proof dish.
  5. Crumble the ewe’s cheese into small pieces and spread on top.
  6. Pour the egg-cream-mixture over.
  7. Bake for approx. 25-30 minutes at 200°C.
