Apple cinnamon tart

For 4 persons

  • 250g flaky pastry
  • 250ml milk
  • 250ml cream
  • 3 apples
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1 custard powder
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 100g butter
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. of sugar
  • 3 tsp. of cinnamon
  1. Line the tart form with the flaky pastry.
  2. Thinly slice the apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Mix the milk with cream.
  4. One half stir with the egg yolk and custard powder.
  5. The other half boil with 2 tsp. of cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Add the mixed custard powder. Mix until a pudding has been formed.
  7. Spread the mixture on the flaky pastry. Top the tart with the apples.
  8. Melt the butter with the remaining cinnamon. Dribble over the apples.
  9. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
