Baked spaghetti-nest
Gives 12 nests
- 200g spaghetti
- 75g crumbled cheese
- 1 packet of spaghetti with sauce
- 200ml cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 carrot
- 100g corn
- Cook the spaghetti al dente. Drain the spaghetti and cool with cold water.
- Grate the carrot very finely.
- Blend the sauce with cream. Add eggs, carrots, corn, and mix well together.
- Fold in the spaghetti.
- Distribute the mix in 12 greased muffin shapes.
- Bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
