Baked spaghetti-nest

Gives 12 nests

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 75g crumbled cheese
  • 1 packet of spaghetti with sauce
  • 200ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 100g corn
  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Drain the spaghetti and cool with cold water.
  2. Grate the carrot very finely.
  3. Blend the sauce with cream. Add eggs, carrots, corn, and mix well together.
  4. Fold in the spaghetti.
  5. Distribute the mix in 12 greased muffin shapes.
  6. Bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
