Cabbage stew

For 4 persons

  • 400g cooked smoked pork chop
  • 1 can of sauerkraut (520g)
  • 600g potatoes
  • 1.5 litre of beef stock
  • Chives, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard
  1. Place beef stock into a sauce pan, bring to the boil.
  2. Cut the smoked pork chop and the potatoes into 1cm slices. Add to the beef stock.
  3. Add the sauerkraut. Simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with the spices.

Chef’s tip: Tastes great with pretzel sticks.
