For 4 persons
- 400g cooked smoked pork chop
- 1 can of sauerkraut (520g)
- 600g potatoes
- 1.5 litre of beef stock
- Chives, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard
- Place beef stock into a sauce pan, bring to the boil.
- Cut the smoked pork chop and the potatoes into 1cm slices. Add to the beef stock.
- Add the sauerkraut. Simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
- Season to taste with the spices.
Chef’s tip: Tastes great with pretzel sticks.
