Colourful mincemeat pan
For 4 persons
- 500g mincemeat
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 200g corn
- 400ml tomato juice
- Mini dumplings
- Salt, pepper, parsley
- Cook the mini dumplings for 7 minutes, take them out.
- Cut the spring onions into rings, drain the corn.
- Fry the mincemeat, add the spring onions and continue frying.
- Add the tomato juice and corn, let it cook for approx. 5 minutes. Taste for seasoning.
- Add the mini dumplings and sprinkle with parsley.
