Colourful mincemeat pan

For 4 persons

  • 500g mincemeat
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 200g corn
  • 400ml tomato juice
  • Mini dumplings
  • Salt, pepper, parsley
  1. Cook the mini dumplings for 7 minutes, take them out.
  2. Cut the spring onions into rings, drain the corn.
  3. Fry the mincemeat, add the spring onions and continue frying.
  4. Add the tomato juice and corn, let it cook for approx. 5 minutes. Taste for seasoning.
  5. Add the mini dumplings and sprinkle with parsley.
